You still have to apply for the refund just like if you were cashing it in in the past

no you don't it is done for you and you get your refund in about 2-3 weeks just done mine, seems strange what the DVLA will come up with next!

Hi You still have to apply if you want to S O R N a taxed vehicle.

If you are selling the van its up to the buyer to SORN it if they want to, you still get the tax back once the van is sold

Simple answer really, get the van sorted....Then keep on wilding in it, Jen you will regret it once you've sold it.!x
