I really like your videos. Some of them cover areas I have visited but show me parking/stopping places I didn't know about. Others, like this one, will give me new ideas for places to visit. So please contnue with both types of video.

Living in Devon, I love to visit Scotland and the Hebrides, and the more information I have before a trip the better.

Thanks for your efforts to produce interesting edited footage. I have just acquired a drone to enhance my travels (Mavic 2 pro, marvellous piece of kit) and would be interested to know what handheld equipment you use. Action camera or serious digital camera?

Thank you for your comment. I use a mavic 2 zoom and I think it's awesome. For the handheld shots I'm now using a DJI Osmo Pocket, which I think is another awesome bit of kit. In my early videos I was using a Sony A6500 for most of the filming. For the night time video in my Old Largs Road video I filmed on the Sony A7S II - that has absolutely amazing low light video capability. I think if I had to pick just one camera for all of the filming I'd choose the Osmo Pocket.

I had been looking at the Osmo action on YT and had been impressed. The GoPro is under fire!

Thank you for telling me about the Osmo Pocket, that looks superb kit so I'll be learning about it over the next few days. Feedback from experienced photographers is especially valued.

Bit late onto this thread but just to say I’ve subscribed to the channel. Great stuff!
