For our last night we’re on our favourite campsite on Arran down in Kildonan, Seal shores is a small site, busy in the warmer months. Then you have to book well in advance. We are pitched at the front and have this for a view. The isle of Pladda, with Ailsa Craig in the distance. £27 hard standing with EHU.

Yes it’s our favourite campsite on Arran.
Kildonnan one of my favourite parts of Arran.
The owner and his daughter run the camp.
What it lacks in mod cons, it makes up for with the views.

Do you know if the CL at kings cross above whiting bay shut down bill? We were the last visitors last year and she was packing up. I tried to talk her out of it. Stunning location.

No its no longer on their site Barry, and the sign at the junction is no longer there.

Yep. Michelle reminded me after I posted it. Very sad. Loved that CL. There are no others now on Arran. The one at Shiskine used to be a CS but is now a proper site.
