Stayed a couple of nights in top carpark .
No toilets or anything else for that matter .
Free parking without restrictions .
Good walk to Blast beach yesterday .
Today walked to the harbour couldn't see any restrictions.
But
NORTH carpark the one with coffee shop has No Over Night signs up.

i stay in the town Seaham not so windy, close to all the shops , but yes great views where you were, did you see all the memorials? floweres etc? very sad
