Last Friday while travelling between Carter Bar and Newcastle we passed one of these £200,000+ motorhomes stopped with the hazard warning lights on. I didn't notice the reg plate but it looked new. I bet they were a bit cheesed off. 
This A road is not particularly wide and not straight at the place he broke down so I kept going. With his 30 feet length and my 28 feet length we would have made an overtaking hazard for other drivers.
I am reminded of this while watching 'Million Pound Motorhomes' on Channel 5 now. It is a repeat but worth watching.
