Does anybody know if it's still ok to wildcamp at Roquetas? Speaking to somebody here they said they thought they were clamping down on it around there. Only plan on having a couple of days there so won't need water or emptying just somewhere to park. Noticed that the beach car parks at Almerimar don't allow you to stop there but there s now a camper park.
Also be grateful for any info on nice spots going south from Roquetas to Malaga. Haven't been down here for the past 4 years & many of the places we knew have stopped allowing wildcamp.

we were at roquetas sunday evening no signs of a clamp down must have been 60/70 vans scattered around police passed by, no info on further round but we stopped at cala de mijas earlier this year waved away when we went to book in though i did hear they had reinstated that requirment

Thanks, only intend to stay for 2 or 3 nights, then heading down towards Malaga, might check out the camper park at Almerimar then probably stay on the camper park east of Malaga. Meeting up with family who are out for a weeks holiday. Don't mind paying around 10€ a night for somewhere you know you aren't going to get moved on.

Just had a couple of nights on streets at Almerimar now heading south to Nerja. There’s a fuel station just off the motorway where it’s free to empty and fill with water if you buy fuel so that’ll be first call.
