I have to change one of my roof vents as it’s a bit tired so I’m thinking of fitting one with a 12v fan in it.
The vent is approx 400mmx400mm.
Can anyone recommend a decent replacement please?
Thanks

Fiamma Turbovent is a decent replacement fits a 400mm x 400mm aperture,
also one of the cheapest. Sikalastomer 710 Butyl sealant to seal the item.
Use no other!
Heki rooflights tend to be more expensive, but preferred by some, seem to
be no more robust though.
Can always get a standard Fiamma vent and fit a couple of 12v computer fans if you're
a DIY.

We have a fiamma turbo vent 40x40 which works well although a bit noisy.

Hi, yes I just read they can be a bit noisy, I've found it found it for £189. I was hoping it would be quiet for that money :)
Thanks

I,m really glad I fitted the maxxair fan. We,re currently in pineda de mar in scorching temperatures.Never had any problems now this is fitted.Extracts or blows inwards with variable speeds. We,ve been leaving it on about 20% through the night.
My opinion and amateurish test here.
