If you're intending to maximise the headroom between the roof braces (ribs) you could spray glue foam camping mats direct to the roof panels trimmed tightly to the roof braces. Fill the ribs with expanding insulating foam, may need to drill small holes for access and to make certain they're completely filled. Then cover whole lot with the standard motorhome unbacked synthetic wall lining carpet. No screws no holes.

It's great stuff and really easy to use, but you need sharp sharp scissors to cut it.
