Thanks for that M8! I can't compete!!!
My one & (hopefully!!) only run-in with the H&S clipboards was last year:- I've run a small business, looking after private Swimming Pools, for nearly 20 yrs....next door (I work from Home) reported Me 'cos of My deliveries of Liquid Chlorine....(It's a personal vendetta with Her which I won't go into!!)
H&S were 'concerned' in case any of the containers started leaking (I've NEVER had one leak in 20 Years..even in transport...) Anyway....I delivered them all & did n't get any more delivered...(it was that or fork out £100's for a lockable, bunded container.....) H&S did a follow-up visit......I had approx. 2 doz. EMPTY containers down My side alley; I was told to get rid of IMMEDIATELY as per prev. visit.
'But they're Empty!!' Says I ....' How can they leak?!!!'
H&S were intractable & I had to spend My W/E to & from the Dump....& Yes, They DID come back to check that I'd got shot of them.....with a trainee in tow!!

(Shame that I had to get rid of 'em....20lt. Black cannisters...They're great as Waste Water Cannisters!!!)
