Renault Traffic Autosleeper - hot water

Currently I have a pumped cold water supply in the 1989 Renault. It reaches the sink via a diaghragm pump mounted under the sink. Does anyone know how easy it would be to fit also a hot water heater or supply? Could I use the existing supply (i.e. from under the bonnet to the tank)? Any help would be appreciated.

I take it then that your Rapport does not have the Carver water heater. Fitting one should not be too much of a problem, but you have to decide if it is worth the expense as you don't have a washroom / shower, the heater will only be supplying one tap - and they ain't cheap!
I have the carver fitting instructions which I could scan for you if you wish?
But to answer your original question, yes, the heater would take water from your cold water tank.

hi, if all you need is a small amount of hot water you could try asking any dealers round your way that sell gpo or waterboard vans they usually have a small tank that gets warmed up from the engine . easy to fit with a few copper pipes and some rubber hose. only draw back is they do cool down a bit quick .
