Hi all, Im trying to get the fridge out of my camper but its proving difficult to say the least. Do i need to undo the gas pipe first or do they have a flexi pipe on them?

Any help gratefully receivced

Hi I have removed a fridge from a caravan in the past and when it came out there was a long copper pipe attached witch had enough give to allow removal from the space. There were a couple of screws going through the side into the frame work at the front of the fridge. Do not forget to disconnect the gas first.

Fridge Removal

I have just had my fridge looked at .I noticed the engineer take the vents which are fitted on the outside body off ,you are then able to see and get at all the rear of the fridge , the exhaust ,gas pipe etc , its worth checking out, it may help you.

Fridge removal.

Just an afterthought, when you re-instal the fridge or a replacement buy some leak detector or use soapy water and brush it around the pipe union ,in fact all over the pipe, obviously any bubbles and you have a leak ,which must be sorted. good luck be careful,

thanks all
