Look along the sides and you should see a dark strip that’s the magnetic strip. Make sure they are properly in place, if not it’s difficult to align them and keep them together.
Magnetic strip. I have found that angle at which they meet can be important. Also ensure that nothing interferes with close fit full height (e.g. rearview mirror if fitted). I had a few issues with mine after having a rearview camera screen fitted over the rearview mirror; it required very careful routeing of the cable to the screen.

Necrosis was involved....he left it a couple of days before seeking helpWell at some point at least he ended up getting relieved which must have been his main objective with the keyring.
Yep, that is quite a common one, tennis balls linked with chains however, required major surgery
The grip or handles for closing fall off now and then on ours, maybe yours are missing.....
