Rear facing camera no picture on monitor

I have a Parksafe rear facing camera until recently it has worked perfectly but now the monitor comes on with a blue screen and the message NO SIGNAL.

After driving for about 30 mins the monitor starts to flash on and off with a flashing image showing, it continues to do this for a while until it finally stays on with the image as normal.

I have checked the connections I can find, i thought it would be water in the joints but they seem fine so can anyone suggest what it could be?

It could be the wire or camera, you could get a wireless sender and receiver from Ebay for about £7. Then if it was intermittent it would seem to be the camera.

I had this in my old motorhome and it was a faulty monitor. bought a new unit off ebay and away we went.
