it was a scooter rack to try and get it approved to fix to the back of my buss here in Spain

Well looks like i still am have trouble with this company and just might have to get a flight back and sort it out my way. or as the song go,s do it my way that's south London way if the other member is still having problems with my English

Good luck with this Ken. I also have had problems with reversing camera sensors company they took my £295 but didn't deliver the goods they told me lie after lie, and after giving up with them, I managed to get my money back from paypal. I can't work out why some posters are so negative to your posts, as everyone isn't great with English.

I am just getting a bit fed up with it all and the time its taken to sort this out every time they say that they a going to fix this nothing happens they dont answer my emails only once in 4 months now have they called me back i seem to be getting lie after lie

Having followed your threads, I think that you have received just about everything from this Forum that you could possibly (or reasonably) expect in the way of sensible concern and answers to your grievance. From simple home truths - through to full-blown Legal Advocacy (and ALL at NO cost to your good self), yet nothing seems to appease you.

Do us ALL a favour Ken; Go and get a decent Lawyer and sort it legally. I had anticipated joining an intelligent Forum - NOT a thrice-weekly Soap Opera.

I'm based in Spain for quite a bit of the year and have been for the last 4 years or so. In all that time I have had packages sent from the likes of Amazon, willing eBay sellers, family and friends and must count myself very lucky to have never had anything mislaid en-route.

Always a first time, but so far the Spanish postal system has been first class (pun intended)

I have to agree - in our (wide) experience of the Spanish postal system it is more efficient than the UK system - on one ocassion, when the packaging fell apart they repacked everything and sent it on. It arrived intact, undamaged and within three days of posting. It's not cheap to post a parcel in Spain, however.

John this was not coming by post in all the years i have lived here i have only lost one parcel in the post that was sent over. This was coming by a courier its was a 30kg Scooter rack. but i hope its been sorted out now and new one is coming this week i hope as the first one was wrong. when it arrived late.

Ken's Pain seems to have taken on a whole new immediacy - in that We now KNOW that this Eternally boring thread is going to be all about a Scooter Rack ???????? FerChrisSake I was hoping that he would be telling us that He had been busted for trying to ship several tonnes of Illegal substances / Libyan Refugees / Hapless British Touroids .... Perchance a couple of grammes of Baccy.... ?????

Glad you got it in the end but I was agreeing with somebody else's comments about the Spanish postal system, not commenting on your particular case.
