What would you do if you order something and paid for it to be delivered to your address. From a well known company in the UK that some of you have possibly used, now from my name on here you can guess were i live. The order was made 3 months ago and still not arrived,And i am now getting a little P---ted of with it all,

Contact the company-by post-recorded delivery. Give them say 10 working days to either refund in full or deliver the item also state in letter that if you hear nothing you will take legal action against them.

If nothing take them to small claims court, cost you a tenner and it can all be done online.

Plus flight plus accommodation and loss of earning while away from Spain I hope.Thats one way Thank you

Now i will be honest here they have just offered me a refund but they are the only company that have some thing that is legal for me to use here and I think they know that, other words the got me by the ---- at the moment

then what exactly is your problem - or would "agenda" be the right word. Get your money back and get over it.

BTW If you persist with speaking in riddles, it makes it hard to give you a serious reply.

Yet another case where it pays to pay with a credit card so you can get a refund for non-supply.

I am not speaking in riddles they are the only company that make the item i need over here i have sent many hours of my time with the police to make sure it would be legal for me to use. At the moment I cant say more as i know that the look on this site a lot. By the way other people have given me some advice but you find it hard to.thank you.

Unfortunately, Kenspain, you cannot use the PM message system as you are not a "Full Member" otherwise you may find that the item you require is available from a different supplier.
Would we, that is other Wildcamping posters, be right in assuming that whatever item it is, is probably a prohibited item in the UK and that it is something that would be legal to own in another country but not the UK? If it is something that requires an export permit then the delays would not surprise me in the least.

I item is legal in the Uk but only here once the Police have seen the paper work as to not being a full member i have said before I live here full time so a lot of things that are on offer from this very good site i miss out on, But if any one has any problems that come,s over here or need a safe place to stop i am only to please to help. I left it longer before i started to contact the said company because you had easter and the wedding over there plus i trusted them and hope i am right in doing that. I spent many hours looking for this item and after 3 company,s that sent me the paper work this is the one that they ok. Plus 150 euros for the them studying the paper work once translated. When this is all over and if i receive the item i tell you what this is all over and you can have a laugh about it some members know what I am talking about as they have spoken to the company on my behalf when i could not contact them.
Sorry if all this sounds a bit strange at this time. ken

Come on Ken Stop messing us about and either give us the facts, tell us what and where the item is. Then one of us may well be able to visit the company on your behalf. They may even be able to bring it over as many are heading your way. Or just sort it yourself.

Thank you for your ofter but have just got an email saying it,s being shipped over now so please just wait till i have received and i will tell all it may be interesting for some that travel to Spain. Also i can assure you all i am not messing any one about once i have the item i will tell you.

I am starting to think that may be there is only one of theswe items left in the whole of England and so you think that if you tell us what it is that one of us will go and buy it for ourselves

Ken, could I suggest you go away, think about things a bit and return only when you have something to say. So far you are talking in riddles and just wasting good bandwidth.

I run an Ebay shop and sell worldwide. Last month we stopped posting to Spain due to crap postal system. We we're 'losing' half of all items sent there, and so far this year only ONE undelivered item has been returned. It was costing me a fortune in refunds.
Wouldn't surprise me if your item has been posted, but some companies (even big ones) don't believe its there responsibility for an item once its left there premises (it is).

I'm based in Spain for quite a bit of the year and have been for the last 4 years or so. In all that time I have had packages sent from the likes of Amazon, willing eBay sellers, family and friends and must count myself very lucky to have never had anything mislaid en-route.

Always a first time, but so far the Spanish postal system has been first class (pun intended) :)

I can agree with this. This winter while in Spain, we had a form in a letter sent to us from the UK that didn't arrive. The company sent another which arrived. We returned to them and they didn't receive it.

Now back in the UK we have got the form and returned it to the company. This process has taken best part of 5 months.

Ken was not far from us in Spain.

Hi Ken. Could you have someone bring this item out for you. Always someone back and forth from Spain.
On another subject we have ordered and recieved the telesteps you showed us in Denia.

Thanks Ken.
