I stayed at Blue Anchor, on the sea front last weekend. A few night beach fishermen there.
While there is loads of parking opposite where I parked on the road side, it has no parking from midnight to 5 am. Stupid :rulez: really but parking on the road side is no problem. There is also public toilets too.
