Punture

I've only ever had one puncture in my vans - from a 10p coin of all things! It must have flipped onto it's rim as I drove over it and went straight through the tyre.

As luck would have it we were in the lake district, late at night in the middle of nowhere on a tiny road and it was p1ssing it down.

That doesn't sound good Rob lolol

I got bloody soaked Jeff, and the couple of cars that squeezed past me just hooted as if to say "how dare you breakdown here forcing me to slow down".

I had hazard lights on and was obviously changing the wheel so they got some choice hand gestures from me!
Are but did you put out your warning TRIANGLE

The silly string puncture repair works well. I've used it many times. If there's no glue with the kit buy some from a cycle shop.
Loads of vids on internet ..
Not been over double the speed limit with a repair so can't guarantee it...
Ps.
I've used it on motorcycle, car and 44ton truck.

I keep a similar kit in each of our vehicles, it has. Come in handy more than once

Two big 4=4 bottles in my van, along with rad weld and a water bottle to top up rad, also a handy thing is a breakhose clamp, i bust a rear cyl once outside derry city, clamped the hose on that wheel and got home.
