propex 1600 fix fan noises

So under van 16mm gas pipe spanner
Undo external pipes. Done remove19 screws on houseing. Done


So fan remove and test coffee first and suns out .

i've done that a few times ! the motors i worked on had bushes rather than bearings. found it best to give it a squirt of 3in1 and trying before taking the fan off as they need to be replaced exactly to avoid fouling the housing

Will need to re seal , I see that.

Purpal hot fan
Red live
Orange cold fan
Black earth
so lets see? Power input plug.

red wire broken at conecting block.

Hot wired fan direct to bat12v, all go sweak sweak so moved housing on run direct from battery 4mins good no noise and spinning. Fantastic
So now purple wire is this hot ie gas as this won't work no gas fitted.
But cold should? Should it .

Can it be this thing hmmmmmmm! top spade wire input live second spade out put motor / fan live,
3rd spade earth fan output. Bottom spade earth input.

Fitting it back on to test gas 2 screws.

Pipe for outside heat to van 1meter long
New plug conection for 4 wires. As wire from 1600 wouldn't take solder
