Practical things I always have in my motorhome

As far as I can tell there is an anecdotal tale of a court case that nobody can seem to find.

I'm sure the Caravan Club technical expert chappy said that such a case would never stand up in court, but I could be wrong.
One case and prosecuted in england, and no as it was well over a year back I have deleted the full coverage, no cases have ever been taken here as yet.

That's what I can't understand though Trev there is no trace of this case that I (or others) can find.

If this is law, there must have been numerous accidents with MH's carrying motorbikes where the owners get prosecuted or the insurance refuse to pay out - we see pictures of smashed up motorhomes all the time. Yet I can't find one single case. You would think the motorhome forums would be full of such cases when they happened.

Just seems silly that if motorhomes are built to carry motorbikes, you would think that the manufacturers would know the law?
