powder coated rear box

Yes he does, knows be-spoke may be his only route, manu'd, then coated with a colour that matches colour of OP's MH, which is stated within OP 1st post.

Pay attention at the back. ;)

Yes I'm aware of that but I the discussion is about the suitability of after market powder coating for external use

Like all things in life, finish will look good for a long time, depending on how product is taken care off during it's life span.

What I'm saying here is there must be a different powder coating on large Base aluminium panels during manufacture of motor homes to the powder coating of ancillaries added later because everything needs to be hung on a track and transported through an oven(big problem for motor home panels)and straight forward for after market ancillaries provider as he can bake the product stationary usually in a 40ft steel container

Ps,

Incidentally, I am giving my point of view with regards to al/al coated finish. What finish would you recommend?
To your PS I would not recommend powder coating any external ancillary by that I mean after market, I'm sure powder coating done by manufacture of motor homes is different,in fact l would say they don't powder coat, the rolls of aluminium they buy in are already coated, what with l don't know but it looks similar to powder coating in a way but certainly not like the powder coating finish what I've seen applied in factory.

thanks guys i’ve replied to robert his box is the sort of unit i’d envisaged just got to coordinate collection etc attached is the sort of box available from the place terry suggested the powder coating was just an option because jan can’t stand checkerplate sheeting 1C5C49A9-D76D-4364-85F7-ADE87985DD5D.jpeg not quite big enough for what i had in mind,
