Possible leak on door seal?

Hi all.

Just finished our conversion of our 2012 Citroen Relay this year and it's had it's first big outing through France and Spain. Looking to spend the whole summer in Flo next year. : )
We've had a fair share of issue's during the build but nothing major but i wanted to ask people thoughts on the sliding door.
When it rains i see a small pool of water along the black rubber seal on the inside of the sliding door. So if i was looking at the sliding door from the inside, closed, it would be in the corner of where the door closes on the right. There are small holes along the rubber seal and the water appears to be coming up through those small holes only on the right hand side. I'd say it is wet about a foot from the right to the left and pools there at the base.
Has anyone seen this before and is it actually normal for a panel van to do this there? I'm not keen on water entering the inside of the van anywhere and wondered if anyone had experienced this before and rectified the issue?

Cheers.

Yes I've had it with mine. It is entirely up to you but the method I used after trying various adjustments for hours on end was a rubber mallet. No I am serious here.
If you rubber mallet the DOOR SURROUND at the top, the metal bends out slightly and pushes onto the door rubber more. This does work, I did mine some 3 years ago and it is still watertight today. Do not hit the door, only the frame surround at the top. Let me know how you get on. When I say the door frame I mean the thin metal strip that holds the rubber seal on. Take off the rubber along the top and bend outwards the thin metal strip.

There's a couple of issues with the SLD seal on these vans.
First is the door adjusted correctly, mine wasn't and two Fiat (un)Professional workshops couldn't sort it out, so I did it myself.
Second is water pools along top seal and drips down when door is opened, to reduce this you can fit a stick on gutter above door, or stick an extra seal on outer joint of door. I've done the later.
