the screws are the proper 'Kreg' style Square Head aka Robertson screws.

Can't answer the rest as depends if the jig is setup right and the right depth for the wood.

As an aside, this is an interesting video about that kind of screw head...

Yes the blue piece of wood has chuck burn, but £8 for 200 screws ! Not good , Toolstation here I go. Again.
Thanks

Don't be tight, buy the proper stuff and you won't have problems. Whatever drill is supplied with that cheap arse kit it looks junk, the holes with the kreg drill are spot on every time.
When I got my Kreg stuff a few years ago I looked at the various copies and decided to just get the "real thing" as far as the Jig Set, Screw & Drill Bits and Pocket Screws are concerned.
I got this set - https://amzn.to/2Fassxv - although I will say it was a lot less money at the time I bought it!
I haven't really got much use from the stand that you put the wood in vertically, but the rest gets used.

And all worked flawlessly from day 1.

Well I started and cheap ones working but the drill bits justs wobbles and the 200 screws takes a sq no2 bit. Not Philips !!!

Yes and they don't show or push it has a specific tool bit!!! Lol
It comes with everything you need. I'm guessing your other one didn't. The only issue is sometimes that long bit is too long for tight spaces, but you can work with it, there is a shorter one available but I haven't been forced to buy it.

It looks like he's getting things to stick together. Not sure how he's going to get the masking tape out ;)
Hay that parcel line thing is expensive the floor covering. Lol
Rivnuts stop blisters while tightening adjust screw! Just push on a spanner to increase pull range
