Plumbing question

It says they are for water, air or vac. I have used those type at work for water in the past with no problems, but get a proper tube cutter so you don't damage the o rings in them.
 
Thanks for the replies, will get a proper pipe cutter from Screwfix - around £12, will be well used, everytime I touch a joint I cause a leak. :lol-053:
 
Hi, there will be no problem using this type of fitting with water, we use them on the water cooling system for the brakes on the race truck, operating at up to 150 psi, never had any problems.
