My moho tax renewal was completed on 10th March, being due on 11th March.

I received this email in my spam folder yesterday stating my payment hadn't been processed.

Bollx, I've got a receipt!

Four scam phone calls this week on both mobile and landline.

Things must be getting desperate.

It is taxed Runnach, my credit card account was debited £165. It was a phishing attempt. I wrongly stated my tax was due on 11th March; insurance was due then, I taxed mohome same day. Look at the sender for a clue: G.O.V. U.K. <*************>

A quick check with DVLA website will confirm if your vehicle is taxed or not. And if it isn't, and there has been an error with DVLA site, best to phone.

Correct Terry but it can take five working days to be updated.

What data is in that email Trev?
Quite a lot to let them track you down, they can do a return email with spyware attached for windows users, a few years back i attended my doc about leg pain sciatica, within a few weeks not only did i recieve an email from africa about a clinic who could fix it, but followed by a ph call, found out my doc was still using XP many years after win had stopped running security updates<not that they work> showed it to him and he could not believe it, well i had the prof.
They could only got my PH number from their PC data base.
