Perfect, just-perfect.

Love that part of the country but it takes nearly 7 hours to get to it from here.
You are a fellow traveling soul Richard, we share more than a first name.;)

That's nice to know Richard, nice to know I'm allowed the space around me and still have friends.

Choosing North-Pembrokeshire as a home for 'us' was divine-guidance (For want of a secular description) at the risk of exaggerating. I had been to Tenby-shire and didn't particularly like it, my new partner had , 'gone-walkabout' by herself and for some reason started looking at property at a time we hardly knew each other and my divorce hadn't been finalised.

So, I'm tent camping on the east-coast, she is looking at property about as far-west as you can go, I lived in Nottingham, she in Bath. She calls me on my mobile to say, "Please come to look at this lovely barn-conversion I have found". I said, "What-now, I'm 7 hours drive away".

To cut a long story short, we both fell in love, she made an offer on the Barn and sold her house in Bath so-quickly she ended-up renting and I ended-up having to stoke-up lazy solicitors.

Divine guidance ? I had been through 'the' most dreadful experience of my life, in hindsight I needed a lift and have remained lifted ever since.
I suppose all the ingredients had to fall into place, we couldn't own this place together unless one of us remained working and conversely one of us needed to be retired.

Richard ? I'm looking for the campsite you describe, near Dale presumably ? Level-enough for motorhomes ?

Richard.
