Peace at last

The funniest thing I have seen was last year we were parked up on the beach near the airport with my brother-in-law and my god sons when a English van pulled in about 10 minuets later the man got out and started turning his tv aril around the boys ask me what they were doing I told them the were trying to get a picture on there tv my brother in-law then told them what the Spanish call them and they started laughing after the wife put her head out the window to tell the man to stop my little god sons went and turned the aril round so he had to come back out and start all over again. mined you it was one of the hottest days of the year but there was a nice cool breeze from the sea blowing in so most were setting outside 😁

Well aware of the Spanish culture, both my mother and sister lived on the Costa del Sol for a good few years, they all learnt to speak Spanish, one of my Nephew's attended a private school here as they didn't want to spoil his education when he was already in private senior school in the UK before they left, but my younger Nephew went to a Spanish school, he was young enough to learn the language before starting senior school.

I also have family who live on an urburnisation at Lo Crispin near Algorfa, in fact I nearly bought a couple of repossessed bank properties on the same urburnisation, we agreed to buy the two detached properties that the bank had advertised at a local agents at a certain price, but as soon as we were interested, they suddenly decided they wanted more money than the original price they had them advertised at, apparently the head office bank overruled the local bank.

We were cash buyers so I just told the agent to tell them to stick them, we were not playing there games, we then bought another couple of rental properties in the UK with the money I was going to spend in Spain, I'm now glad the Spanish bank tried to have us over. I'm seeing a better return than long term rental in Lo Crispin.
