Is that Ali foil foam backed?

The first layer is closed cell foam, i was using stuff off ebay at first which was foil backed bitchumen for the sound proofing then i got sticky backed closed cell foam but that was still expensive. Then i found a roll of laminate flooring underlay from B&M which was closed cell foam! so i used that with a layer of foil insulation over it, you know the bubble wrap type. every surface metal surface has/will have it on, im hoping when its fully covered the noise reduction will be really noticable! still got to do the doors and the ceiling with it.
