Why should we pay to visit a place that we spend money in anyway, I am not sure what the situation re 20mph is now in Wales but it isn't a situation I'm happy with locally so not going to pay for the privilege of dawdling somewhere else.

I'm not against speed limits per see, I am against the lack of education teach people how to cross a road safely as most of us were taught, the best we had was a flashing yellow ball and a few stripes and we're still here, I am against terrible limit signage, if 30 is so special then why don't we get repeater signs, on the road is fine like they do for the 20 limit, or on a post like the 40 limit, yes I know I'm leaning against an open door occupied by this who measure how far apart the lamp posts are.

Aha! That's why the 20 mph speed limit! It's so that you can't get out of Wales before nightfall and so are forced to spend the night in taxable accommodation

It was free a few weeks ago in both directions when we routed that way to and from the Bluegrass Picking Weekend in Clyro.
