Does anyone know of a decent parking spot for overnighting in or near Totness. Need it for the night of the 30th May this year and maybe 1st of June. Want to have nice meal and catch the steam train for Dart Valley trip on anniversary on first (55th)

The C&MC site is closed for re-furb (making the cheaper no electric into fully serviced at a cost of course but there is a riverside council carpark not far downstream allowing 48 hour stays you pay for how many bays you take up.

Yep Longmarsh as Mike17: mentioned £10 a night till 9am and £5 for the day but do make shore you park at the back of car park tuck your bottom in or they will find you if your taking up two bays. Just been stung at Dartmouth P&R by an over zealous parking warden or if in doubt pay for two bays . Enjoy Totnes and your train ride its a lovely town

Looked on Google Earth and struggled to find easy walk to station from there. I suppose it just has to be a taxi. (wife not good walker any more) any other ideas?

If we use the wagon then parking at the station is another question, cars are so much easier to park but then no bed, kettle, shower or toilet in mine.
