Hi all
I would like to add that the C&CC are the only ones who offer a special membership deal with the RAC for recovering older motorhomes. If you try to organise it any other way they turn you down on the basis of the age of your motorhome (ours is a Hymer 1991). We joined them recently purely for this benefit because we were driving down to south of Spain (two dogs so couldn't go on the ferry). Luckily (bless her) we didn't have a single moment of worry unless you count the night the dog disappeared up a Spanish mountain in pursuit of who knows what? How do you tell a dog that they have big fierce creatures in Spain?!
