Dent folk festival

Off to Dent on Friday for four nights :lol-053:

Looks like the weather is going to be like Glastonbury again but wellies are the footwear of choice in Dendale anyhow. And it does say the village is twinned with Royston Vasey on the village sign...

It's just down the road from me and I've been debating whether to go or not. Where are you stopping? Cumbrian mud is plentiful at the moment, here's some pics of the festival I was at (only about 10 miles from Dent) at the weekend...

Dent folk festival

Hiya Whitevanwoman

Going a bit daft and stopping on Laning. Expensive I know but it gives us the hook up and the opportunity to fall over the wall on to the festival site.

Last year was a good do, if a 'little' muddy. The last band on the saturday night are the Dog Roses and were spot on for that time of night, got the place jumping.

Really nice festival.

I haven't decided yet what to do this weekend, depends on the weather. I may come for a day or I may come and stay over for a night or even 2. If I do, I'll have a wander round the caravan site and see if I can spot a WC sticker. So if you see a strange woman with a big black dog wandering staring at windscreens, that'll be me!
