Omnistore awning repair recomandations please

My autotrail awning wont wind in correctly sagging at one end
,can anyone reccomend a repairer based in the midlands or a mobile repairer that
Comes out to the van

Not based in Midlands - but Rose Awnings repaired ours at the Lincoln show and were very competent.

Do you have the awning manual? If not, google for it. IIRC there is an adjustment to the awning tensioner units that will let it wind in evenly. Of course the tensioner may simply be dead, but it's worth checking out if an hour's research & tweaking could save you a few squid!

Omnistor did email the operating instructions but it was only how to wind it in and out nothing about adjustments ,i,ll try googling and see what else comes up if not a phone call to rose awnings
