omnistor awning repairs near Reading, Berks?

Does anyone know of an Omnistor repair centre / specialist relatively near Reading? The LH end plate has cracked and fallen to pieces preventing it winding in properly! Managed a bodge with a screwdriver tonight. It's a 5000 model on a Hymer 584. Old age has claimed it..........

Typical - we are going on hol in 2 1/2 weeks time

Dont know where your going on your hols but if you can get to the western motorhome show in malvern ROSE AWNINGS will be able to sort your problem :dance:
 
well would you believe it i have the same awning and last week i was parked outside the mot center when some ******* in a lorry hit my awning and fu**ed off . so now i have both end plates broken i found a place in wales that do spares so i have ordered them if you go on the ornminster web site you can get a blown up plan of it they look easy to change. i am just waiting for them to come. i well find the web site for you if it will help. the price for the pair is £79.
 
thanks guys, phoned Hillside in Bournemouth - they are sending the part and very helpfully described how to change it! Hopefully it will cure the problem.
