And it won't be the first time it would appear. Answer this question please. Because I don't exclusively wild camp, does that mean that I should not be a member of this forum? From various threads that I've followed it would appear that many member use sites so perhaps they shouldn't be here either?

if you place your curser over the name you want to block, left click will bring up their profile there is a provision there to block that person, i'm sure i've got this right, apols if i havn't,

On a serious note, I'm not sure that this will achieve anything in the long term. I am opposed to censorship/bannings but if it does prove possible to ban somebody from a particular thread, won't they just open up a new thread and carry on where they left off?
