Northumberland coast road

Really enjoyed coming back from the east coast borders following the http://www.yournorthumberland.co.uk/coastline/coastal-overview every town/village we passed was stuffed to the gills and the weather was nice. Just passing through on our journey home. however the road itself could do with a little attention in places.

allways did this route to and from druridge meet..........always stopped at blyth mermaid car park right by the beach....lovely cafe overlooking sea etc....lovely breakfast.............seaton sluice......dont known why its named..........lovely little place.........one time overnighted at delaval arms just off the roundabout...........really friendly folk..........uncluttered beaches in northumerland.......best in britain possibly.........till you drp down into whitlely bay .......still lovely beaches there..................SHAME THERE WAS NO DRURIDGE MEET THIS YEAR............hopefully next year.

methinks you all protest to much surely everyone knows Rutland is the little gem on the top of the pile voted in top three best places to live in the country every year , i think last year second to orkneys year before second to isle of wight but keep it quite we don’t have a lot of room to spare,
