I think a few more details are required to answer...panel looks nice and clean...;)

Bottom left is showing a flame fault I believe. Maybe turn that off then it might use 240V. Long shot..
Then, it's checking there is actually 240V at the unit, then has the thermostat tripped or is the element dead.

It seems like you're asking for assistance with troubleshooting an issue where there is no hot water when your system is on an electric hookup, and you’re providing an image for reference. Unfortunately, I can't directly view the image unless you upload it here. If you can share the image, I'd be happy to take a look and help diagnose the issue based on the setup visible in the picture.

In the meantime, here are some general things to check for electric hot water systems:

Power Supply: Ensure the system is receiving power and that breakers or fuses are not tripped.
Water Heater Switches: Verify that the water heater's electric mode is turned on.
Thermostat and Heating Elements: Faulty thermostats or heating elements could prevent the water from heating.
Connections: Check all wiring and connections to ensure they are secure.
Upload the image when you’re ready, and I’ll provide more specific advice!

AI? 🤔🤔🤔

Agreed ....

Check gas supply
Could be out of gas/blocked regulator (not unusual in low temps to have water freeze in the regulator )

Turn gas off and reset and try electric oprion ?
