I’m thinking he should start a little business and sell them.

What would be the betting some killjoy comes along and says the gas bottle remains
the property of Flogas, Calor whatever, and legal proceedings will be taken :lol-061:

Looks very nice and got me thinking about a CG907 cylinder I have knocking around.....

Quick question - how do you make sure you don't ignite any residual gas when you make the first cut into the tank?

Flush it out with water first.

those valves are so tight , i used to have a couple of steel brackets to bolt the bottles to the garage floor, then a big stillsons with a scaffold tube extension .
even after flushing , that first cut with a grinder could still give you the collywobbles !

I tip the bottle upside down for ten mins then put a match to the top of it and I am not joking

My best one to date is the stainless steel beer barrel night mare to drill though .D9547A09-62A0-4822-8208-709497108BDF.jpg But it did come with 70 pints of beer in it lololol
