hi guys, an ex caravaner and totally excited yet nervious to collect my first motorhome on fri and straight off to bridlington for the weekend, looking forward to not having to prebook onto sites full of snobby caravan owners out to beat the jones! but a bit nervious about not just doing the plug in it job, should be fun .....any advice and free or cheap places to stay welcomed and look forward to meeting some of :drive:you whilst roughing it ;)

Hi and welcome along to the site, not sure where home is but often good to stay near home on first trip out.

Hi and welcome to the forum, it is crazy how you need to either be early or pre-book if you do need a site anyway. These days of tech you should be able to get in anywhere with a space

Welcome.
Lots of details for safe and legal overnighting sites are available to full members.
It is well worth the outlay.

Hi and welcome so where is the wild spots in Bridlington?

Regards
im hoping at the ship in,they used to take campers over night on carpark if you used the pub and ate there,....if not, where ever we land lol

:rolleyes2:

You will quickly get used to finding spots and look for advice here as well.

Welcome aboard.

Good to see you've taken up full membership.
If it saves you only 2 nights campsite fees... You'll be in profit.
Work your way through the motorhoming forums, particularly wildcamping, how to....and the foreign travel ones.
Don't try to be too ambitious,at first.
Keep us posted of your adventures.

Welcome along. Will be at Flamborough in July so we may 'bump' into you..
