We have been living in our motorhome for two and a half years now and have only just started wild camping, apart from the odd night in a layby when we have not been able to find a site.
We are up in the highlands of Scotland at the moment and this has got to be the best place to wild camp. Most of the villages seem to have a water tap available for you to fill up and everyone has been most welcoming. I do not know what it is like in England because we always go to sites there. Most car parks seem to have height barriers so we have difficulty trying to find somewhere to park to do shopping let alone parking over night. Can people let me know their experiences?
