new levelling chocks

Standard Fiamma type yellow plastic blocks here, came with the van. Rated to 8 tons. Had to use them on occasion on sloping aires, no problems whatsoever. They don't slip if you wedge the pointy bit between the road surface and tyre then give it a little kick it will stay firmly in place when you drive up the ramp.

The vendor agreed that they failed and gave me a full refund. Don't forget that the photos show them with the load removed -- they compressed another inch or two with the van on top. ... and, yes, I perched the van on the edge of the wheel cup (although the wheels were as fully engaged with the cups as possible). It was impossible not to perch the wheels on the edges as the tyre radius is larger than the cup radius and so overloading the lower edge of the step was inevitable. I suspect these might work OK with smaller wheels, but not with the OP's unit, which probably has larger diameter wheels than my moho.
 
I've had the same normal Fiamma yellow ones for the best part of 8 years and they're still working fine... although a few little cracks here and there.
I use them a lot because, even if I hadn't noticed being a bit wonky, my back would yell at me during the night and I'd suffer for it! Hence my trusty spirit level is my favourite bit of kit :)

I remember trying to be helpful once and mentioning to someone new to motorhomes about chocks for uneven ground. I should have said levellers because they actually bought a pair of chocks, like this.

what does that £3.60 bit of kit do ?
 
its a chock to wedge a wheel to stop it moving. usually used on the wheels that stay on the ground when your jacking a vehicle up. ... brick works just as well.

(see Milenco's product page) Yours are probably up to the job, but the ones you can buy now are absolute garbage. They are supposed to be good for motorhomes up to 6 tonnes yet they failed at first use when mine was loaded up to less than 3.5 tonnes. I suspect they failed in part because the outside diameter of my tyres is larger than the diameter of the 'cups' in the levellers. I had a Pajero until last year and if the Delica has the same 265/70/R15 tyres, they're even larger than the ones on my moho and I suspect they'd destroy the levellers fairly quickly.

Looking at the link, one photo shows three different ramps, a Quatro, Triple the same length, and a shorter triple, I guess your's is the long triple and ours is the short triple.
 
Like somebody else, I just push the button and the van does the rest, saves the cost of having staff.
 
Delicious! I’ve just remembered there’s some on the wall near the laundrette in stamsund Norway,
A chap drove off of them and didn’t pick them up just carried on driving so later on I went out and put them on the wall, I can give you directions if you want or we could look on gurgle earth to see if there still there, oooh best wait a couple of months there probably 3ft deep under the snow 😄
