Hi all
Just looked at the number of members it's up to nearly 9000:D:D
That has got to be good:)--I think this site is really good and the information that you can get on the site is great;). All the banter and all the 'micky taking' is well worth the reading---Thanks guys and girls and also a special thanks to Mr Admin (Phil) for all his hard work---Great site!!!:D

When you look at the average age of the members, some of the long established ones must have popped their clogs and gone before. :eek:

If you consider them, we will probably be less than 8000. :(

We could have a sweepstake on who goes next. :cool:

It must be natural causes of course, so whoever strangles AJ will not get the money. :rolleyes:

In my original post when I said about the banter it was you and A.j.s. I was thinking of--strange you where the first one to reply!!!;)--I look two or three times a day on the site and know I will always have a good laugh when you two get going:D:D--It's people like you two who make this site what it is--well done indeed:D

then... on second thoughts.. :confused:

... seeing that laimbate had come on fer a nibble,
...it was obvious you put up this thread as bait to draw the northern heathen out ..
U2 had noticed the poor old dog bleeder has been very quiet of late .. (most likely PMT )

When AJ gets home at night does he use the side gate or the back gate to avoid MAINGATE so we can all get some peace.

Keep up the banter - its a joy to read.
 
About 7000 members have zero or 1 post or haven't visited for years. Active membership is more like in the 500-1000 range.

Not trying to put a damper on things; 750 is still pretty impressive, but just saying quoting 8000 or 9000 can be misleading :D
 
Got to say i agree the banter on here is great and the site is run well.
Sites can be ruined by over bearing p.c brigades and thankfully this site is differant.
We dont hear from Admin much,where is he normally?
I havent heard from him since the issue with the stickers,which reminds me to send a p.m to zeezee


Anyhow im just waiting for you all to thank me for this useful posting:)


We dont want to many members or else you may find everyone wilding at the nice quiet spot you had decided on,with Generators too!!!!

I've just had a look at the official numbers and it's 8981:)--I wonder who's going to be the 9000th:eek: perhaps we on the site should mark the person as a landmark:cool:!!!--Perhaps that what is handle will be!! :D
