Aye, I know but it is just us being tardy as usual, however, if it is anything like previous years we will still be eating it in the Spring!

You've still done better than me, ;) I've never made a Christmas cake in my life, always let the daughter do it, although she did leave me to feed it one year, and I fed it really well :D, she's never let me do it again since, it was scrummy, and very intoxicating. :D

They are fed on Port, Brandy and Jeropiga.. Every Sunday.
They live above the fridge freezer, next to the Rochfort and other French cheeses... And I swear that I've heard them hiccup.
Marzipan and icing sugar have just arrived in the big town supermarket.

We take some down to the village greasy spoon cafe, the locals love it.

Yummy, that sounds my kind of cake. :tongue:
