Motorhome places to stay Germany

This book is a "must have" when traveling in Germany. Most "Stellplatz" (places to overnight) are council run free of charge or very cheap, most stellplatz have elec/water/waste and this book tells you where they all are and what facilities they have also co-ordinations for satnav's. Printed in 2007 but still very upto date.
For example we stayed only last Friday on a stellplatz in Germany near Dutch Border cost = Euro6 per night includes electric/water/waste and free pass to heated swimming pool.......... All the Germansl carry this book in their motorhomes/vans because they know a bargain when they see it.
Used but in very good condition. Will post to Uk only (will only charge what the cost is).

The 'Bordatlas' is the best you can get about 'Stellplätze' in Germany.
It's really a must. If you don't have it, yet; see http://touring24.info/TOU/index.asp
a rather slow loading site, but also very complete.... (...aber allein in Deutsche Sprache :eek:)
 
i will of coarse pass on advice to anyone traveling to Germany

'Viele Deutsche denken noch immer dass die ganse Welt Deutsch soll sprechen' :eek::confused: Luckily there are a lot of translator programs now :D und brauchen wir keinen 'Adolf' mehr ;):rolleyes::D;):eek:
 
Stellplatz in Germany

Found this site that lists a number of stellplatz areas but its all in German, gives you an idea of what they are like before you opt to buy the new adac book available through amazon.com
