Maybe one suitable here, also using Cassoa site may get you a reduction in your insurance.

When we first got our motor home, I wanted to keep it at work in our secure compound which has 8ft pallasade fencing CCTV and security gate entry system but insurers wouldn't give cover because it's classed as commercial property (Is that different to a storage facility??) :rolleyes2:.
So, alternative is storage or street then, so priced up top notch storage near to where we live, they wanted £500 a year. Insurance company said yes that's OK here's £40 discount. No brainer, my motor home lives on the street outside now (Except for when we are out wildcamping
).

You may well find they insist on a Cassoa site, furthermore additional security thatcham alarms etc etc........ask questions before you committ.

I store mine on a private site in their car park and have had no problem getting insurance from Scenic
