Mitsubishi l300 4x4 with jb500 body, fuse keep blowing, anybody help, delicagirl ?

Whilst on the subject of testing current in circuits a really good tester is one that just plugs in blade fuses you remove the fuse plug in the lead to replace the fuse read of the amps or turn on various items and read of the amps

MAINGATE bought one of these and says it's a wonderfully meter for testing circuit leakage

another good idea for those with Multi Meters is this multimeter lead from Maplin

Landranger if you have a multimeter it will be easy to do the following on your glass type fuse holder,.... remove the fuse that is blowing set your multimeter to the HIGHEST amps setting, at least 20A. DC clip the leads across the fuse ( WITH FUSE REMOVED ) it would be handy to have someone start the van and stop the van whilst you note the readings on the meter

I Thank everyone for their help and contribution. I have decided to have another solar panel fitted after christmas and sort it out the fuses once and all.

Strange thing : I have put another 10A fuse in (different type, third This week). I have been out and about twice , still not blown. keeping fingers crossed.

Delicagirl i have posted more pictures of my van on my profile page.
