Its a fridge vent. They are peanuts, takes 2 minutes to fit. The more it makes the more they make. Might mean the difference of £500-£1000 in the sale price. As said, it would put me off.

Given that example it is simply not worth doing for the auction house as they would only make an extra £37.50 to £75 minus the costs of time sourcing.buying and fitting the vent. They would only get 7.5% of your £500-£1000 increase in hammer price.This is why it is for the buyers like Trev to normally add value to the vehicle.

I'd have bought it and flipped it a few years ago, sorting small problems can add massive value.

mot history is very good, which would be my main criteria...

I also looked at this and thought that it showed that the van had been reasonably well cared for, also a recent service and cambelt make it more attractive.

I think it will make a nice van for somebody on a budget at the right price.
