LPG refused in Spain?

Just a question about Spain, I was always told, (info will be a few years old now) that it was cheaper to connect a Spanish bottle in Spain than fill with lpg. Is that not the case any more?
Not sure on this as we only use gaslow system . We find cost varies from approx 80 cents to 1.20 cents per litre but as we only use for domestic it's no great problem

Never had a problem in France, Spain or Belgium but did in the UK when i still had the inlocker fill point, once i installed the external fill point it was fine.

IMHO i though putting the fill point in the gas locker would help keep it clean and dry but it did not go down well with some UK garages.

Some Repsol garages have refused lpg for campers for some years. Sometimes it depends on who is the forecourt attendant. I was refused by one guy and accepted a couple of days later by a different person.
Only problem I’ve ever had is with Repsol.

We have never been refused in France. But when the heating broke (Eberspacher) we looked at getting a gas replacement. We have a 30 ltr underslung tank, so in the colder times of the years we would use quite a lot of gas. We had also read that it was becoming more difficult to fill, so we went with an Autoterm D5 diesel as a direct replacement for the Eber, using the rest of the system. Glad we did now. We do use gas for the fridge and some cooking.

I have put an Autogas sticker beside my fill point(Gaslow bottles) and I will point to that if I have any problem, which I have never experienced. However, I would suggest you don't fill up with diesel at the same time!

I'm sure I've read about people being refused LPG / Autogas (for heating, cooking) by some service stations in France, where they only allow it if that's what your vehicle runs on.

We've just been refused in Spain, at a Repsol station.

Has anyone come across this, are we likely to have problems getting it?
I thought that was only an issue in Italy, but it seems not. A worry. But that ebay "autgas" sticker may help?
