Love this old Citroën ...

What has always appealed to me about the h is how the French just turret a flat section of mild steel and give it a body of structure and style, a unique look. Wheeler dealers on quest recycled one for commercial use which was repeated recently and a good watch.

The Wheeler Dealers actually did very little to that van. Nearly everything was done by the late Allan Evans (of A & N Caravans) at his Conwy industrial unit where he specialised in converting those old Citroens to specialised bodies and interiors. He fitted the Ford Pinto engine to them.

Allan Evans was ripped off by the programme makers, so much so that this part of his business went bust.

Makes you wonder just how much the Wheeler Dealers actually do themselves.

Relax maingate, Allan wasn't perfect just like the program, he f.cked me off with a problem with my calira to the point where l removed it and wired in everything myself.
