Nothing if parked on the public highway and you're not in contravention of any signed restrictions supported by a Traffic Regulation Order, or yellow lines etc, or parked in contravention of advice in the Highway Code.
Take a look at the act below, section 4. If asked to move and you don’t you can be arrested and vehicle seized. It’s now a criminal offence to trespass. Don’t you remember all the posts about this before the act was passed?

Me? Remember something??? No chance, I didn't get where I am today by remembering stuff, my mind is constantly racing to nowhere, little time to recall much, I've been like this since I was a nipper, bleeding squirrels all over the place.
To respond, if asked I would of course move, I have no wish to piss anyone off, just a decent night's sleep somewhere nice if poss, but as I've posted before, a quiet industrial estate is better than any layby.
There cannot be many places left that aren't on some forum or other as free camping for the night so we have given up and just use CLs at least you can book a place for the night. We were down at Bexhill on Sea and MHs were parked on the road with awnings out over the grass. One place we used to stay was Barton on Sea overlooking the Needles Lighthouse. Loverly spot on top of the cliffs. Now has signs up as locals moaning about number of MHs stopping for long periods.
We, that is a small minority, are our own worse enemies.
We always find places to stopover for a night mostly without using WEBSITE BLOCKED BY ADMIN etc, so we will be the only van there, here today gone tomorrow.

The article shows quite a large herd of vans.
Beats me why people flock together like that but the article also mentioned Caravans! Are tuggers genuinely that desperate they will tow a Caravan there?
You had to go down there, to see how bad it really was. I go bait digging, and sometimes it was hard to get parked. Anyway the dreaded height barriers are being installed, so I won't be able to go down in the van anymore. Thank you, Numpties.
