Looking for somewhere to park up my motorhome

I have issues with the parking area by my house in Southwick, Brighton and need to park my van up for maybe 3 months. Does anyone know of anywhere where I could do this, preferably not too far away as I will be using it occasionally.

Maybe approach a local farmer and negotiate a storage free?

Although that probably wouldn't exactly be on your doorstep unfortunately where you are I doubt it would be easy to find free parking for that long.

Whatever solution you come up with, you will presumably need to inform your insurers.

a) Worth a post on local facebooks
b) You'll need to find a way to keep the starter battery charged.
c) Many commercial sites and CL/CSs offer storage

I know Crawley about (30 min drive) isn’t on your doorstep but there is a local place that stores motorhomes/caravan.

Thanks everyone for your help, all sorted, going to Wales for a trip next week then when we return I'm parking it at a friend of a friend of a friend of my son on a farm!

Make sure you have solar or a way of keeping starter and hab battery charging, use a smart auto charger.

Don't forget to inform your insurance company, some don't like long term storage on farms.
